Raw SuperShow results: Brock Lesnar, General Manager John Laurinaitis fly off the handle

DAYTON, OHIO ? There is no rest for weary WWE Superstars. With the wounds still fresh from Extreme Rules, which included a savage battle between John Cena and Brock Lesnar, the focus turned to Raw SuperShow live from the Nutter Center in Dayton, Ohio. On Monday night, Lesnar proved why he's the most unpredictable force in WWE when he assaulted WWE COO Triple H, but it was Raw and SmackDown GM John Laurinaitis who delivered the biggest shock during a merciless ambush of the Cenation leader. Check out complete Raw SuperShow results, photos and exclusive videos right here on WWE.com.

Brock Lesnar assaulted WWE COO Triple H (PHOTOS | VIDEO)
Raw and SmackDown General Manager John Laurinaitis kicked off the show by saying the WWE Universe should be thankful that he brought Brock Lesnar back to WWE, especially after Brock engaged in a vicious showdown with John Cena at Extreme Rules.

Brock Lesnar came out to reaffirm the GM's words, but before he could get too far, WWE COO Triple H made his way to the ring as the crowd erupted. Triple H put his foot down and stated that Brock's days of "holding up WWE" are through. The Game told Brock that no Superstar is bigger than WWE and that the contract demands he "bullied" out of Laurinaitis are null and void. According to Triple H, if Brock wanted to continue to compete in WWE, he would have to do so under the original terms of his contract ? not under the terms he negotiated with the GM.

As The King of Kings turned to address Laurinaitis' claims that he was being "disrespectful," Brock flew into a rage and attacked Triple H from behind, apparently breaking his arm with the devastating Kimura Lock. WWE Superstars and officials then rushed out to assist Triple H as he limped back up the entrance ramp.

Childish Gambino Dodges Ninjas While Talking Ninja Turtles

On our First Date, we learn the five-year plan of the actor/rapper also known as Donald Glover.
By Rya Backer

I never thought I'd seek refuge in Childish Gambino.

OK, let me explain. After years of pursuing the multitalented, infinitely hilarious Donald Glover for a First Date, our stars crossed at long last, and we were able to get to know each other at Tribeca's Ninja restaurant. There, serving up our Japanese food, were men in full ninja regalia, terrifying us at every turn. Whether it was brandishing a dagger as we headed to our table, jumping in front of elevator doors as they opened, throwing down a ninja star on the table before making a dessert or slinging a yellow water balloon (yes, you read right) at us mid-meal, it made for a dining experience that required a companion willing to commiserate in all the scare tactics we came upon.

It was a fitting place to go, considering Glover is at the center of a grass-roots fan campaign to star as Donatello in the live-action remake of the "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" movie (no doubt inspired by his own crusade to nab the title role in "The Amazing Spider-Man"). Midway into the meal, he resolved that he'd make a good Donatello, as he tongue-in-cheekily bragged about his prowess in instilling fear in others. But a role as a hero in a half-shell isn't the only aspiration on his horizon.

When asked where he sees himself in five years, he said, "I hope just successful. Still doing stuff I want to do. I always wanted to just do whatever I wanted whenever I wanted. I never really expected rap to be anything, I don't know if I'll still be rapping, but it'd be nice to still be making music on some level."

We can't wait to see — and hear — how he'll get there.

Do you want to see Donald Glover as a Ninja Turtle? Let us know in the comments!

'Woohoo!' SpaceX fires Falcon's rocket engines

SpaceX conducts a test firing of a Falcon 9 rocket's engines.

By Alan Boyle

SpaceX conducted a successful test firing of a Falcon 9 rocket's engines on its Cape Canaveral launch pad, one week before its precedent-setting launch to the International Space Station. But it took more than one try.

The initial countdown was halted just 47 seconds before the nine engines were scheduled to start up. SpaceX fixed what it called a "limit that was improperly set" on the flight computer and quickly set up another countdown. The second countdown proceeded smoothly, and the rocket's nine engines fizzed to life for two seconds as expected, at 4:15 p.m. ET today.

"Woohoo, rocket hold-down firing completed and all looks good!!" SpaceX's millionaire founder, Elon Musk, reported in a Twitter update. Meanwhile, company spokeswoman Kirstin Brost Grantham said "engineers will now review data as we continue preparations for the upcoming launch."

This was a full dress rehearsal for SpaceX's second official demonstration flight for NASA. The first demo flight, back in December 2010, sent a gumdrop-shaped Dragon space capsule into orbit for the first time. The second flight, scheduled to lift off as early as May 7, could see the Dragon go all the way to the space station.

The company has received more than $375 million so far from the space agency for the development of the Falcon 9 and the Dragon. SpaceX and another company, Orbital Sciences Corp., are getting the money to help NASA fill the gap in payload transportation capability left by last year's retirement of the space shuttle fleet.

In addition, SpaceX is receiving tens of millions of dollars from NASA under a separate program to make the Falcon/Dragon launch system suitable for carrying astronauts as well as cargo. Musk founded the California-based company in 2002 with the long-range aim of flying people to Mars.

The Falcon 9 didn't fly anywhere during today's test at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station's Launch Complex 40 in Florida, but if SpaceX and NASA stick to the current timeline, the rocket will send the robotically controlled Dragon capsule into orbit on May 7. A couple of days later, the spacecraft will catch up with the space station and go through a sequence of rendezvous maneuvers.

If the Dragon performs those maneuvers correctly, NASA would give the go-ahead for the Dragon to approach a station docking port. The station's robotic arm would grab onto it and bring it in for berthing. There'll be some cargo riding aboard the Dragon ? water, clothing, scientific gear and the like?? and the astronauts would take a couple of weeks to take on those payloads and load up the Dragon with Earth-bound cargo. Then the Dragon would be unberthed and sent back down to a Pacific splashdown, marking the successful end of the first flight of a private-sector spaceship to the International Space Station..

There are a lot of "ifs" on that list of contingencies. This launch has been delayed repeatedly due to software glitches, and if a snag like the one that occurred today happened to crop up on May 7, liftoff would have to be postponed for three days. To reach the space station, the Falcon has to lift off right on the dot. The orbital mechanics will not allow for same-day do-overs. But that's OK. Last month, SpaceX President Gwynne Shotwell said "we may have to have a couple of attempts, but we're certainly looking forward to getting that flight off."

If the Falcon 9 and the Dragon pass their tests, that would put SpaceX in a position to ship supplies to the space station in earnest, under the terms of a $1.6 billion NASA contract.

Will SpaceX get 'er done? Feel free to weigh in with your comments below.

SpaceX founder Elon Musk links the aims of his various companies together and explains why he'd rather be engineering than lobbying in Washington.

Sony's Alpha A37 and NEX-F3 pose for the camera, reveal more angles, details

Sony's Alpha A37 and NEX-F3 pose for the camera, reveal more angles, details

Well, well, talk about déjà vu! It was just yesterday that a corner of Sony's 16.1 megapixel NEX-F3 leaked onto the interwebs and now more photos have surfaced, along with a previously unannounced shooter, the Alpha A37 SLT. The pictures come courtesy of Yang Canggih, which says it had a chance to demo the two devices yesterday at Sony's Partner's Conference in Jakarta (curiously, the NEX-F3 post isn't live as of this writing, but Sony Alpha Rumors has the images up). Starting with the F3, the mirrorless camera has lost a smidgen of the curves found on its older sibling, the C3, adopting a slight bit of the angular edges that once made the NEX-7 the badass standout in the lineup. You'll notice that the shutter button and grip have an uncanny resemblance to the 7's, not to mention that it's clearly gained a pop-up flash -- a first for the lower-end NEXs. Past that, the rumored -- and self-portrait friendly -- 180 degree tilt-screen is also present, which'll likely give the C3 an edge over its siblings when it comes to composing shots. Also worth note, some of the buttons on back have been slightly repositioned.

Moving along, those hoping for a successor to the A35 will apparently have their wish granted with the 16.1 megapixel A37. According to Yang Canggih, it features the articulating display from the last generation of NEX cams, Auto Portrait Framing (first introduced with the A57), four more effect modes than the A35 (up from 11) and an ergonomic grip in the vein of the A77. Sadly, that's about all that's currently known, so hopefully we'll get an official introduction to the cameras soon. Head past the break for a shot of the A37 and then check out the links below for even more of both.
