CBS' Cowher denies reports he is planning to return to NFL as a coach

Recently it was reported that CBS-TV studio analyst Bill Cowher was looking to return to coaching in the National Football League.

On "The NFL?Today" on Saturday, Cowher denied he was planning to return to the NFL.

Host James Brown said to Cowher: "This week it was reported that you are looking to return to the sidelines, again, for seven consecutive years."

"Contrary to reports, I have no plans on coaching," Cowher said. "I plan on being with one team, and that is this team at CBS," Cowher said. "I know we are going to the Super Bowl."

Cowher, in?his seventh year at CBS,?has?since 2007 denied reports that?have linked him to any number of head coaching jobs in the NFL.

CBS will televise Super Bowl XLVII on Feb. 3.
