Q: The real estate data sheet, what is it called? I am trying to create one for my ?for sale by owner? and I can?t seem to find a template because I don?t know exactly what it is called. Help.

A: I hope I don?t sound rude ? but why don?t you ask a realtor to list your property for you? If you need help then you need a realtor.
I?m not sure what data sheet you are speaking of? if you are creating a flyer for your property ? you need # of bedrms, baths, square footage and features about the house and size of the lot?..

A: I think you want a Comparative Market Analysis, or CMA for short. Be sure to include both actively listed and recently sold SIMILAR homes for a true picture, as listing price alone is not an indication of actual value. Recent sales should not go farther back than 6 months. In some areas 3-4 months is more accurate if prices have been falling.
